    Hello sir, one correction please : In sum 9) S.D. calculation the amt. is 58000*30%= 17400, you wrote as 11700.kindly correct it. Thank you sir.

    Ka apne 3 se divide kar diya

    Sir didnt in one of the lec you told us that one property cannot be counted as both LOP and SOP at the same time? So how in the Q.10. we are taking a house property as SOP,LOP and profession. I can understand about the profession but what about LOP and SOP effect of one property. Like 1/3 in business and 1/3 in rent i can understand as you have taught us about such question but im confuse on having SOP as well as LOP in one property only. Sir please reply or anyone who knows...🙏

      Your first question is that How a same property can be a SOP and LOP at the same time? Yes , A same property can not be a SOP and LOP at the same time BUT in Q no.10 the senerio is different A big house which has many rooms can be given as SOP ,LOP and for Business.
      What sir has taught us in previous lecture is that a same one room property can not be given as SOP and LOP at the same time. But A big house with many rooms can be given for multiple uses.
      ( And in Q. no 10 A big house is divided into 3 parts of which ( 50% ie half ) is for LOP and remaining 50% divided into half ie 25% which is given for SOP and 25% for Business.

    Sir ap na standard rent galate leya ha sir 480000 ka 50 persent hoga kyu ke utana let out ha ,divide ba 3 nahi hoga
