Yes ... there have been italians who in the past have tried to have a cappuccino after 12.00 or in the afternoon! Some managed to escape to Austria and Switzerland...but the majority of those captured were all executed !!! 👍😉

Ye the thing about Italians exaggerating is about humour and way to shock but in reality, everybody knows what is that they are saying. Keep in mind though that sometimes what seems untrue is true. To keep it short: the story is true, the reaction of the person telling the story is emphasized for humour purposes

cannot restrain myself to say this but sauces just cover the taste of an otherwise perfect ingredient at the base if the sauce is overpowering
