This letter of employment will definitely help and then if you can show the money trail properly that the money is coming into your account from your employer then i believe you are good to go. Also, if you can get salary slips that is going to be beneficial as well.

It's not true, anyone can be your sponsor. Of course if your father or a family member is sponsoring then it becomes more logical but as said there is no rule like that. Yes, they can still sponsor if they are out of the country. As many people have been using this property sale agreement thing so at times it can give the impression to an immigration officer that something is wrong. But if you are genuinely selling a property and have proper documents to prove it then it should be fine.

I can't understand what you are trying to ask. But you should have the amount in your account until you receive the decision or even until you move to Finland. This is what I have told in the video too!
Yes you have to attach documents from all of your sponsors. It is not recommended because then you have to prove income for all of them and it might become tricky or difficult.

You shouldn't have done that as it has been conveyed many times. My suggestion would be to put it back and pray that they don't ask for a latest bank statement. But if they ask, try to explain it in a way that it doesn't look like you just pulled the money back. This is just my opinion!

You need to have the document for the sale deed.

Yes 6720 is for living expenses. If you get a stipend on top of the scholarship then this living expense amount gets lowered accordingly.

It's not true, anyone can be your sponsor. Of course if your father or a family member is sponsoring then it becomes more logical but as said there is no rule like that. Yes, they can still sponsor if they are out of the country. As many people have been using this property sale agreement thing so at times it can give the impression to an immigration officer that something is wrong. But if you are genuinely selling a property and have proper documents to prove it then it should be fine.

For bank statements you have to show the living expenses in your account not the tuition fee. You will be paying the tuition fee for admission confirmation.

But mera account new tha 2 month old and funds 1 month old maine statement bhi opening date 11 may to 20 june jis din sale hui thi Properyty tab tak hi lagai a mean one and half month ki . To sir es sai koi problm to nahi hogi ?

Yes you have to attach documents from all of your sponsors. It is not recommended because then you have to prove income for all of them and it might become tricky or difficult.

My suggestion would be to put it back and pray that they don't ask for a latest bank statement. But if they ask, try to explain it in a way that it doesn't look like you just pulled the money back. This is just my opinion!

You don't need to show the fee amount in fact you will be paying the tuition fee before going to the embassy for a residence permit. For bank statement you need to show 6720€ or equivalent in your account.

But you can show the money trail via bank statement? I mean the transactions are coming into your account. Maybe you can utilize any contracts or agreements that you have done with your clients to let immigration know that what you are saying is right. I believe it should work. Then you can attach your online profile somehow to show your online presence etc.
