I like that in this event you can collect a lot of pumpkins by playing the game as it was intended, but at the same time, if you're in squad league and there's no Mavis or Greg in the draft, you can at best get 10 to 20 pumpkins, which is kinda frustrating ngl

For this event there is, if you have two fused Mavis(es) in that spooky world map that has two 8 pumpkin patches in the middle, you can harvest the whole patch without having to move around. Since it's a very disputed resource, it makes a significant difference edit: also it makes it harder to lose Mavis later in the game when getting a fused one is extremely difficult

Molt you only need one fused mavis to pick the pumpkins in just one pull adding another mavis when you already have a fused one does literally nothing and wastes a spot in your squad
there are jump cuts because nothing is happening in those moments. Very good that there are. You should not want to watch nothing happening, too used to the "stream" culture maybe
