This version of a Halo suite of sorts is perfect. Not only does it sound more cinematic but it sounds more heroic and I love it.

This has to be one of the best versions on UA-cam
This is what I love about the halo series, is not only was the gameplay that made it and the story, but also the absolutely incredible and amazing soundtrack. Who thought that a game and orchestral music can go so well with each other.
Of all the versions I've heard performed, I think this is my favourite. The percussion in particular is absolutely perfect, something many performances I've seen lack.
the danish national orchestra version competes nicely with this one though. did you hear that? the two share the gold I think?
14 years of playing the trumpet... I wish I had continued refining my skills and pursued a career of it. To play in an amazing orchestra like this is pure joy and fulfilment. I love your content and compositions. 😊

its also super impressive to see a primarily wind orchestra play a piece written for strings better than most strings ive seen play it. (Warthog Run)

This is by far the best orchestra halo video I've seen. They do all the right songs with their own slight twist (in a good way type of twist) and the ending is amazing.

This sounds like a battle from the halo universe and the theme is when the master chief gets involved all in all amazing great halo arrangement

To hear this arrangement without first and second violins but rather using wind instruments instead came out beautifully

In fact, we are an amateur orchestra, which means no one is paid to play here. So we're all big fans of video games!
