Everywhere at the End of Time - LIVE COVER (EATEOT) (AEBBTW) (The Caretaker)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 6 жов 2024
- This is an arrangement of Camaraderie at Arms Length with the essence of EATEOT (A 6-hour album about the effects of dementia). The goal was to fit the entire epic into a 6-minute song. This was performed live at my Highschool.
Hopefully you had as much fun listening to it as we had performing it and arranging it.
Special thanks to the help of Fikret's Piano transcriptions, so please go support him!

Thanks for listening!
Dude this is insane! In a community where I was getting bored of the same unoriginality, you've really shown me there's still creativity and new possibilities of what can be done with the concepts Leyland explored. Nice work!
It warms my heart that you enjoyed arrangement! Your comment made my day :D
I loved your project EITBON. Your fan projects even influenced some of the stylistic choices that I incorporated in the later stages of this arrangement.
@@lobsterjazz your feelings were irrational
Cool. Now do the whole album.
Definitely on the bucket list…
Oh boy i cant wait to hear _1 hour of complete static_ ON LIVE!
Same!
At one point it feels like the instruments are screaming for god, that’s meant to be a compliment.
That was what we were going for! Hope you enjoyed it :D
@@lobsterjazz
When you do the whole album on jazz, good luck.
your feelings are irrational
@@Fire_Axus
Yes, the album is very subjective.
I love how they clapped on the 3rd stage, like they thought it was over.
3:34 i just realized that the piano chord is the very first note of My Heart Will Stop In Joy
actually i was thinking this was a coincidence but after seeing that fikret's piano transcriptions helped you here i think it was intentional
Also at 3:40 you can hear “misplaced in time”
albeit very forgotten
Absolutely incredible, my dudes. I'm honored to have played even a minuscule part in this.
My honor! I loved your piano transcriptions! Hope life is treating you well and wishing you luck on your future endeavors! 😄
@@lobsterjazz Thank you! I'm working on a couple other videos right now, hoping to release them soon enough
Its the everywhere at the end of time piano guide maker, your tutorials sound great! Especially A3.
@@Chaiseki Thank you!
For joke i sayd "Imagine doing PA with real instruments" theese guys did it...thanks for this performance
stage 4 sounds like the part in a jazz song where it just completely breaks down for a couple minutes and honestly thats what i kinda feel like stage 4 was inspired by
also this is fucking awesome :D
i also like the brief part where you hear misplaced in time for about 8 seconds
4:34
The ghost band in my room when I try to sleep.
Stage 1 at 0:15
Stage 2 at 1:25
Stage 3 at 2:46
Stage 4 at 3:34
Stage 5 at 4:34
Stage 6 at 5:49
Wow, the interaction between rhythm section and soloists were superb! Nice arrangement ! 🔥 the licc 6:07!! Love how the pianists also does the Rachmaninoff passage
Thanks a lot!
We all had a lot of fun with this arrangement. While we were in the middle of deciding what would happen for stage 5, the pianist started playing the Rachmaninoff passage in the middle of all the chaos, and we knew that that had to be the "temporary bliss" part of the arrangement.
Prelude in g minor 2nd part
I love how instead of just playing the original songs, you made your own music, if that makes sense. Very original and amazing performance. Good job !
3:42 misplaced in time!?!?! (i guess it is a stage 4 sample so)
Yay! Someone noticed!
It is one of the first samples played in stage 4 (just really incoherent).
@@lobsterjazz did you hide any other songs in this?
@@lobsterjazzyeah,it’s the horns in the first 8 minutes of G1
You did an amazing job my guy, And that ending was just perfect. Hope you're successful on future endeavors dude.
Thank you so much!
holy shit i cannot express how much i adore this. this is WONDERFUL. getting the point of the last 3 stages across LIVE. WITHOUT EDITING. is a whole ass marvel in it of itself.
the transition from stage 4 to 5 is so sudden and it absolutely gets the terror across in a way i cant describe.
every single one of you are so skilled and amazing at what you do. you all deserve the absolute best. i know youre all gonna go so so far in life.
This is SUCH A NICE comment! Thank you for the kind words. This project has been a lot of blood sweat and tears so getting to hear that you caught the intricacies such as the stage 4-5 transition, it really makes our day. Thank you! I hope you have a great summer!
Holy hell this was good, great job fellas, love how it was more and more chaotic and then the pretty abrupt end with just the piano left, then the ending.
Great effort! Hope the people understood what was going on instead of thinking you don't know what you're doing and playing some random jingles
Now that was an amazing performance to remember. Loved playing with y’all and can’t wait for more performances in the near future!
Masterpiece. It shows the whole 7 hours of music in such a great way; it's accurate to the album, but is still enjoyable to your average listener. It was a little hard to follow (coming from me this means nothing, I can barely understand lyrics from a song), but it was still as awesome as Everywhere at the End of Time. Great work!
dude this is sick
ooh this is amazing! i love the fact for stage 4 you did misplaced in time first! and all of the stages were great! stunning job!
Hell yeah one of the best songs too
the bari sax player is wildin
What do you mean by that 🤔😇
Nice, this is great, good job
great arrangement and performance
Nuts dude, I love this.
5:13 Rachmanioff Prelude in g minor 2nd part
Damn, this is good.
Let’s goooo baby
3:41 OMG
Brilliantly performed!! Cheers!
Good Job!
Great job, dude!
Aw, that's nice :)
Thanks! 😄
Damn, I would like to visit such a concert, it turned out very cool, good luck to you and your group!)
This is kinda dope
so cool
4:40 misplaced in time in stage 5?
🔥🔥🔥
*Neat*
4:52 sounds really familiar.
ngl it doesn't really feel that EATEOT-y.
Stage 1, yeah, sounds cool. Stages 2-3 sound just like Stage 1.
I didn't understand stages 4-6 though.
What makes u say that? This high school group did a good job covering this album and playing it in the style of jazz.
@@garymccockner3265 Me listening to EATEOT a bit less than 10 times and listening to a shit ton of fan projects makes me say that
@@hydrodoxxed2 ok cool for you. 4-6 stage is I believe the free section and also that this combo is playing the album with their own rendition which sounds super good. Put your ego aside and acknowledge the music.
@@hydrodoxxed2 then you'd know that EATOT was entirely made on a computer, there's no way you can recreate it on a live stage so what they did was pretty creative.

What’s the first song in intro
During the disclaimer that’s Camaraderie at Arms Length (which is the same melody that I used for the whole piece).
The intro before the melody comes in (during the performance) is completely original.
@@lobsterjazz fucken' wacky, be cool to hear your own digital/electronic remake of this play
@@MelodiesFromTheStars hater
Ear candy
Caretaker has nothing to do with this.
Isn’t there one piece in the album called camaraderie at arms length which is being played in this video?
@@parsaspianocafe2582 yeah, this guy is wrong
@@parsaspianocafe2582 also misplaced in time/drifting time misplaced
What are you talkin bout bruh?

This was really nice, I enjoyed it very much! Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
