When I was 10 years old in 1993 me, my dad, my mom, and my sister hiked out to those dinosaur footprints along the purgatoire river. there were so many of them it was amazing. I remember walk into the water to cross the river to get to the other side to look at some other Footprints then all sudden I would just drop down from ankle-deep water to about knee deep water and then realizing I was actually stepping into another dinosaur footprint under the river water. And then to finish off this adventure the original Jurassic Park movie came out the following weekend and we all went and saw it at the movie theater as a family.

To remember those who walked before us is to remember our forefathers, the beasts of old that made proto mammalians into mammalians , respect these beast of old , on their bones we built our world , on their backs we peered into the past , into life , into the most beautiful part of history.

Born and raised in Yuma, but my family goes back far enough that mansion row in denver, you know molly brown house, etc...we were the original land owners it was built on.
Jamison furniture store in Trinidad are my 2x great grandparents.
Wolf creek, we originally settled there. My 2x great grandpa was the justice of the peace for blackwhawk while it was in its full mining glory.
My grandpa provided 25% of the aggregate used for the state between 65-85...he died in 86 and the state offices closed for his funeral...

When I was employed as a day care provider, the topic of dinosaurs came up a lot as one would expect. On several occasions I presented the hypothesis that dinosaurs did not roar or growl, but instead said, 'meep'. They also were very colorful, having a variety of spots and stripes. The toddlers and 2 year olds were fascinated! It was a wonderful time, all of us together lumbering, prancing around the classroom meeping as we went!
Mr Cope made an easy mistake in the bone war. Does anyone remember Miss Ann Elk's theory on brontosauruses!? To paraphrase, they are thin on one end, very thick in the middle and thin again on the other end. The specimen Mr Cope was dealing with had the same characteristics.. we all make mistakes...... =)

The music is horrible it makes difficult to focus on the content. I had to mute it and watch it with subtitles. Stop this sensory overload trend please! Someone speaking an images are enough!

I’ve still yet to see a dinosaur skeleton. All I’ve seen is replicas that is supposed to represent them. Ask the museum to see the real thing and you will get told to take a hike. Not saying they don’t exist, I just haven’t seen one

@@rockyriveroutdoors9229 what evidence is there to support dinosaurs co existence with dinosaurs? The only so called “evidence” is aboriginal cave paintings of Australia who coexisted with megafauna over 50000 years ago which completely contradicts your bible preschool knowledges theory
