It doesn't appear to clear the snow very well in this video!

Conditions look like the base is frozen solid. Not uncommon conditions here in the nordics. A setup like that will clear all loose snow but leaves the base untouched, seen it in action but use different tools myself due to quantity of snow i get each winter.
