I have a tick in the,take the laptop,and a tick for the dirt bike,then I have to do the bit, deliver the laptop,the problem is after I didn't complete it,I still have 2 ticks and now when I run it it won't give me complete,why ? Thanks

Sorry but the info here is incorrect, you have to start the observatory drop first. I did Ahktar then Al sharim, then observatory in the 3 mins, only for the clock to start the tickdown at the observatory.

As you clearly see in the video, the info ain't incorrect.
Its how it worked for him.
Sure it could be that it got changed. But as buggy how we know CoD, it wouldnt surprise me if the mission just bugged out for you on that try.
