Great work! What is the clear ‘pen’ that you use on the decals after you apply them?

I use a Pentel water brush (an empty brush pen with nothing inside) filled with Tamiya Mark Fit Strong. I enjoy using it because it allows for more precise control. However, one thing to be cautious about is that GSI's Mark Softer is not compatible. There seems to be a chemical reaction between the brush material and Mark Softer, causing the decal not to dry and dissolve.
