FLOOD IN BANGLADESH | AUGUST 2018

Media reports indicate that heavy rainfall has caused flooding across the southeastern region of Bangladesh. At least ten people were killed in Naniarchar in a landslide caused by flooding. One person was also killed in Cox's Bazar when a mud wall collapsed. Approximately 1,500 homes have been damaged and tens of thousands of people are being relocated. Expect related disruptions as rainfall continues.
