I remember times when I played. I really miss playing no cap guess that’s why I’m watching this now. Remember when I’d duel with friends for Holos all the time. Would go to the card shop every weekend and play tournaments whenever they were around. I’ll never forget when I went to a Nashville tourney that had 300 people and top 6 would advance to championships in Japan or China. They’d get flown out and get cash prizes and sponsors. I gotta say I always knew I was good but never knew how truly good I was when I was amazed at myself when I got 7th place. It was a heart breaker and yet an amazing experience. Low key I think I got cheated. I remember a guy, the last opponent, sticking his hands under the table and I just got an bad vibe. Clearly we’re not suppose to do that I remember refs saying to not and to raise your hand if you think there’s a problem. Dude pulled a poly to fuse monsters first hand 🤔. To this day I think he cheated. Anyway got 7th got new exclusive packs that were yet to be delivered and open to the public and also tourney packs. After that I just kept playing I loved my deck I made it a goal to get every possible holo there was of a common I might I had in my deck to it’s best form. I literally had all ultras that most people would have a common of. Talking haunted, mystical, heavy, trading spaces, breaker, all the classics. Anyway the card could get improved I’d duel or either traded for it. I miss those days so much. It all came crashing down too after a friend or at least someone who I thought was one purposely supposedly tried to play around and act like he was trying to run me over with his car. I dropped my deck and he ran them over and like spun the tires on them in the dirt and they all got ruined expect like one. Literally. I was devastated and said fuck it. Guess I’m done. I put so much time and love into something and I just didn’t have it in me to restart when it was taken away. Also didn’t have a job back then lol 😂 looking back makes me want to get back in though. I know the games changed a lot but you’re looking at one of the grand finalist 😈 I might make a return. Remember this name. And shout out to @simplyunlucky for putting up these great content videos. Hope we can dual one day if I decide to comeback 😏
