Thank you 😊 I have subscribed yours too. Not for the exchange but you do have stuff I normally search for learning everyday anyway. UA-cam stuff and I can use your advice for photo editing, logo, etc. Already saved some on Watch List. Will check them out soon.
@@ThaiGirlintheKitchen I have a picky family and they know I love trying new recipes. The recipes on your channel look inspiring to try out and if the food looks like it came from a restaurant, I'm all for it!
Can do both rice-noodles(Kanom Jeen) and steamed rice :) The ‘serving with rice-noodles version’ in Thailand we usually see it from restaurants that are more specifically selling rice noodles with other different types of curry (Raan Kanom Jeen) 😊
@@ThaiGirlintheKitchen Ah cool, thanks. So if I just swap noodles for steamed rice, will that make the dish, or do I have to make any changes? (And what is the steamed rice version called?)
No need to change at all :) It’ll do good. I also love having this curry with rice and omelette 😋 Serving with rice or noodles, this curry is being called the same which is “Gaeng Gai / แกงไก่”. Sometimes it might be called a little more specific according to the vegetables that are being added. For example; In this video I cooked with the bambooshoot so it’s ‘Gaeng Gai Noh-Mai’ (noh-mai/หน่อไม้ means bamboshoots). But overall, if we just call it “Gaeng Gai” would be enough. If you want, I also have another video that I made this curry with the eggplants. A little longer and a little more explanation to the recipe if you’d like to check it out : ua-cam.com/video/mBYH80WFH28/v-deo.html 😊🙏🏻
@@ThaiGirlintheKitchen Haha, I just watched it again and heard you mention you can serve it with rice instead at the end. Sorry, I have frequent migraines! ;-)

Hello Pam! How many people can this recipe serve?
Hi Ren Kai, can be 4 portions with good amount of chicken.
Is this ever served with rice instead of noodles? This looks like something i use to eat regularly, but it came with rice instead.
