Still works the same but the lights would go around the edges of the panoramic sunroof. You'd probably have to use less lights since the area you're working on is smaller
I gotta question for you bro when it comes to taking the headliner off there’s wires connecting to the rear mirror box is there anything we can do about that so we take that off as well?
The 12v comes with the starlight kit from Amazon but you can also hardwire the connection into the fuse box next the the steering wheel using a ground and fuse. I only took out the side curtain airbag because I got the 1000 lights which are thicker and wouldn’t fit inside the panel with the airbag, but if you’re only doing maybe 400 lights it’ll most likely fit behind the airbag
@@say2x724 that was my plan from the start but after going into the trunk and taking the carpeting out turns out that the side panels in the trunk don’t connect into the cabin and there’s nowhere to string the lights through to hide them. Maybe you could fit the 1000 if you divide them into multiple strands, I didn’t try that because it was taking me a while and didn’t want to add more time to the job
That is so cool. I’m working on mine next but I have big glass in the center.

yooo what pillar did you hide the optic light in and where did you put the fuse box?
The optic lights are going down through the driver side A-pillar and the projector is next to the fuse box tucked away
Is the 12volt optional ? And did you say take out a airbag ?
