Well karkhano market spot is rushy and noisy spot and also there are air pollution problem of car engine that spoils the hanging meat my experience of that spot for mutton is failed all over peshawar i can just suggest SHERAZ RONAK which is best for foodie people…fresh and best taste ❤️🦋

I've also tried from other cooks in namak mandi and they use little bit spices to enhance the taste. Spices are natural products that enhance the taste of food. About tenderness of meat on karahi it take lots of time to get it soft. I've not seen the locals of Peshawar at nisar charsi. Pulow: the one he ate first was dam pukht pulow The second one was kabuli pulow. The first one is mixed bones stock and bone marrow that's why it is more juicy. Overall: most authentic and genuine vlog

I'll agree with you on the taste of Nisar Charsi Tikka. I recently went there too but the meat was comparitively hard and less tasty compared to my previous visits.
I've lived in peshawar for 10 years now and I keep telling people that we have made a mistake by making Nisar Charsi Popular. The dry tikkas there are chewy as fuk and I can't even swallow them sometimes. There's so many better places that sell the same type of meat which is also tender and Nisar is just for show now. Even the karahi meat is hard. Their meat was never tender and I dont think they should have ever become this popular. The Shinwari Tikka Hut opposite Islamia College is so much better and their meat tastes better and is significantly more tender, also the other places around Nisar Charsi has such tender meat. Nisar Charsi meat has always been hard, Hamza bro your karahi had no problem, its always like this

You always go to baba wali, its good no doubt, but the real champ is the one located at tehkal, known as shinwari. They serve the best Kabli Pulao. I commented last time on your Peshawars video too when you visited Peshawar. And about nisar charsi, the hype is only about the guy who talks vulgarly. His food isn’t good. Its guzara e haal type. Nisar se pehle first shop hai, uska namkeen tikka and karahi (all dumba) sab se ala hai.
