I have 300 points in TAI and NIN and GEN so my basic attacks have an incredible high damage because of that the developer of the game made it to where if you put points in all three or just two your basic attacks will hit harder than if you just maxed out one stat it's probably because there all linked to damage.
I had put literally nothing in it because I had maxed out all the damage stats to experiment with the Justus in hopes of finding the most powerful ones.
You have to defeat other players that are around your level I don't know exactly what the level restrictions are but that is about the sum of what I know.

How tf do u deal 3k dmg with attacks? I have the same weapon and deal like 1300 max :/

That’s the problem with Genjutsu. It’s so underpowered that I isn’t even funny. The devs need to fix this😢
Not all of it is trash but we are looking for what does the most damage and has the fastest cool down but gen jutsu is probably king for PvP.
