Hello Good day, after UK visit refusal because I omitted a document that caused the refusal. Can i make a reconsideration request and provide clarification and the omitted documents?
Hello Sir How long these days is it taking for them to issue visa if PAP goes for 3 month consideration time? I am thinking to do PAP or to reapply, if 3 month consideration, can I get visa quicker than 3 months ? Please share your statistics as you are very experienced

@@GurwinderSingh-sx7zo veerey mera ty lamba case ay kafi. I got refused in dec 2022!! My lawyer filed PAP for me and refusal got withdrawn on 31st Jan and they asked for 3 months to reconsider … didn’t get any response and in frustration I made a paid query over the phone and the guy on the phone said decision was made in march and same had been sent to you (although neither I, nor my lawyer got any email) … and he said it will be sent again within 14 days. The very next day I received a refusal letter dated 23rd March 2023 … (seemed like they just made the refusal because of paid query on back date) …. But in between all this my lawyer had sent them a legal notice which they took as another PAP … I, anyhow, went for a new application on 25th Sep 2023 and to my surprise I received a refusal email on 3rd Oct for previous case stating that its refused again with same old reasons (they took the legal notice of lawyer as second PAP and refused it with same old reasons just because I had submitted a fresh application on 25th Sep and I didn’t even know that they are considering another PAP) … my lawyer challenged this again on 4th Oct .. and my fresh application unfortunately got refused again for just a simple mistake I did on 12th Oct .. on 18th Oct my 3rd PAP got withdrawn and they again asking 3 months for reconsideration… so many twist’s hopefully I get it this time.

Mera travel agent to dako hy 5 lakh mang raha hy PAP ka ...yeh log bank statement dekh kar sab amount apnay pas ralhna chahte hain
