I have been to one Grand Opening. I found some pretty good things that day. It was the second Goodwill in the town. I’ve gone back to the new one several times but haven’t done well there. I love the old one!

My goodwill had a grand opening, it was great. Thousands in sales from that day. It was very good for about a year or so but now I don’t know if it’s lack of donations, general employee laziness or more focus on e-commerce but the shelves are always bare and it’s the same clothes from months ago.
