Its easier than you might think. The game has several inputs where you can take 'the picture'. These inputs are several frames long (Wii Party runs at 60). So if both players press in the same time range (probably 5 frames, or 0.0833 seconds) they will have the same photo. There aren't 60 possible photos, but just 12. This way you can get the ideal picture much easier.
