I’m preparing to remove the passenger seat from my Odyssey and I suggest you consider doing that. I expect to mount a custom rack that will hold my auxiliary power unit, 12V fridge, and maybe a microwave oven. That seat is useless and it occupies a ton of space…
If you search UA-cam, you can find a guy who takes his front seat out. You only need two tools, although he does not address the air bags. Sorry, I saw it two years ago and don't remember who it was.
So im thinking about buying an odyssey from a cowoker it need 3 tires and a battery for $800. I plan on doing a conversion like some of these in this video.
I work 8 year with one odissey 2001 . Am convert mi van in a restaurant on wells. Cook in my house an go to my route to visit my customers. Have a cambro to pic up the hot food of the day , with may disposabol dishes , in the other side , two coolers with drinks and deesert , in rear the staf to make a fresh salads. The customer have choice menú . Hands on service . Whit water to wash hands , gloves an every clean pinting in wite an cover the bumper with table cloth when open the door to atendant my clients.
Lots of van lifers have these sinks. I have one as well and it really works. If you wash up your cooking dishes as you go it’s just common sense. It’s mostly used for hand washing and filling your tea kettle etc..
If anyone thinking of buying a honda odessey i suggest strongly not to. And definitely not a 2008 model , endless troubles , they cant tow anything And i have already had to replace moter . Looked online and apparently that model is the worset for it. Plus stuff all room in back well seats are in. Better off saving your money and getting a van or moterhome cause buy the time you spend all your money fixing the useless thing you could of saved for a bigger and better vehicle .

I have a Honda Odyssey that I was thinking about converting but it just seems so daunting! These are awesome! 💜
I shared a cheeky cocktail with this chap in Vermont back in '02

Awesome!!!👠🚌👠
Salad bowl sinks need to go. Impossible to wash anything in one without making a huge mess.
I actually agree. But not bad for cleaning contacts and stuff like that.

Travels with Rob (second build) took that design almost entirely from Eric Loves Earth!
and Eric took it from Westfalia decades ago. Its far from some new groundbreaking design.
@@CJ30123 Thanks, I had asked Eric about that but didn't get a response.

This video is worthless as information to inspire someone about building put their minivan...
What?
Tell me how you really feel
So since it didn't inspire you, it could not inspire anyone. Okay.
@@dolores2716 He's just mad because he doesn't have the $38,000 for a good Odyssey.
