go to youtube studio and get music there, then edit it in on capcut or canva , lower your sound then you'll be sorted. if you dont understand do tell me ill try explain further or I will do a whole tutorial on adding music .

You can write each character dialog and go to dupdub to place each image then paste its recorded dialog or write for each ...just like the steps we use to create talking avatars, I have a video on talking avatars check it out ,but it will take forever to create ,I'll find another way for you ..for now try that way
