    The demand for product work from new clients has dropped a bit in last few months compared to last year, as I think lots of new photographers are saturating the market for online work. Which is way tutorials and courses like yours will likely up level the quality of an online portfolio, which I hope to get better clients and stop competing on price but on talent and creative imaging with props, backdrops etc. Currently sourcing some props online myself, but I may have to look at your course to learn all the secrets to really stand out in the industry and get brand accounts and lots of repeat clients. Thanks for a great tutorial.

      Evelyn.. although I am not currently working as a photographer...but I did take it in HS for a year ...it's always something that I've took interest in in general ....my mind works in circles a lot and my cylinders start spinning every time I go into a goodwill or thrift store even a garage sale ....Iam always thinking in my head what if I used this or could I ...in time I will be launching alongside my mother a line body,skin and hair care products and I was planning on doing my own photoshoots since I've already have the basic knowledge of photo propping and staging etc .....my fear is my studio is going to be filled with bins and bins of photo props lol.....goodwill and other second hand stores are great sources!

      @@kendrabonds6901 yes, that’s the biggest problem. I myself have a few large crates/tote bins that have props and other photo accessories in. I try to find multipurpose items, so they don’t only get used a handful of times then stay in storage

    Wooden blocks, stop ordering! Find you a local Lumber & Millwork companies in your area.
    They can cut, sand it smooth, put a design on them, and probably can paint them.
    You are then helping local companies. Custom millwork is dying out.

    What size blocks do you recommend?

    • @amandacampeanu
      @amandacampeanu  3 роки тому +1

      Totally depends on what you’re shooting And whether you’re ordering custom sizes. I worked out some measurements that suited both standard skincare and beauty products but there are heaps of sizes i still want to add. My best advice is to grab a tape measure and the type of product you usually shoot and work out what will be best 😊
