Whithout Irene Irene fairy tail wouldn't exist. Here are the reasons:-
1) Erza would never be born.
2) Dragon slayers won't exist.
3) Acnologia wouldn't become a dragon and so strong.
4) Zeref wouldn't have become the king.

I love how strong, badass and beautiful she is. She's powerful as well as beautiful. A true queen hands down. A woman fit for the title "Queen of dragons". I mean remember how powerful she was to put up a fight against Acnologia and how they both share the title as king and queen of the dragons. Despite how evil they are im a fan of both. Low key ship them hard.

Irene is alive and she recides in Wendy's body and she helps Wendy in many occasions in the manga... I'm waiting to see whose body she'll enchant herself to... Very very curious and poor Wendy can't even tell it to anybody 😂😂
I've read the manga and it was really funny when Irene talks to Wendy while she was busy fighting the cocoon dragon eater 😂

As to Irene, never really got why turning into a dragon was such a bad thing? You change physically, but your mind is still intact. Plus, given enough time and practice, you can reclaim at least the outer appearance of your original form.
She was disgusted by it so much, she wanted to abandon her own body, even willing to take her own daughter's for her own.
Of course the kingdom freaking out about it wasn't great either...
Her dragon Transformation is related to her past so she was constantly reminded of it that's probably why it was horrible for her

so both of them killed themselves because they know nobody can reach at their level, they have to end their suffering by themselves
This woman literally warped time and space to the point the inhabitans of hell walked on earth again - she is the strongest female wizard and the third strongest wizard overall after Zeref and Acnologia. This woman is a walking talking catastrophy and dam its cool to see her steamroll everything in her path.
Irene and August are the only 2 Spriggans that weren't defeated in battle but took themselves out the fight. Also I say she's the second strongest, Zeref, while being old, isn't really all that powerful, the black magic he uses and his knowledge of magic makes up for his over lack of raw magic power compared to the likes of Irene and likely even August.
One thing I notices not to long ago about Irene. How Acnologia interacted with her during their first encounter. At that moment, she was just a normal human wizard to him, she wasn't a Dragon/Dragon Slayer or even an Immortal like Zeref. Just a Rare High Enchanter (as he put it) and yet after a short period of time he did something he likely just doesn't do, he asked her name. Way back on Tenrou, Zeref said, "Men don't engade vermin in conversation, and men don't fight pest the same as actual threats." when speaking of Acnoloiga. He just don't seem to be the kind of person to ask someone for their name.
@@demondragonshi5161 Fair Point, but Raw Magic Power isnt everything. I mean what made Irene so powerful wasnt the pure force of destruction she could release (i would argue there are quite a few mages that are able of more destruction in terms of raw power) but the sheer insane amount of control she had over her surrounding and to which degree she could manipulate it. Thats what gave her power. Zeref might not be on par with her and August in term of Raw Power but the knowledge of hundreds of years as well as the almost inifinite amounts of spells he has learned in that time give him an absolut nightmarish advantage over most wizards. I still think if it boils down to a 1v1 Acnologia would still kick everybodys ass, followed by Zeref, than Irene, than August and than Gildarts to make it a Top5. But in the end its just my opinion and u still have a strong point with Acnologia asking for her name.
i'm not sure whether we should count Acnologia. He's a Dragon and that's it. I don't think of him as a wizard. I consider him to be more of a kaiju with more brain and self awareness than most.
