The Raw emotion on his face
He was crying the whole pre game ceremony. Glad he got one, coming from a Panthers fan.
damn man this still hurts so bad.
I know 😥😭
It's gonna for some time
Atta Boy Sean. Nice to get one for Johnny 😢
Beautiful momment😢
The point to the heavens Johnny is so proud of him up there
Wow, the look on his face 😢
Good for him, what a moment 🥲 can’t even imagine what he must have been feeling
He was thinking " try and stop me... TRY"
As someone who lost my best friend when I was in my 20s this brings all those memories back. The realization that I’ll never get to grow old with him. Sean and Johnny were such great friends on and off the ice.
It had to be Sean to score that goal. What a beautiful moment.
That one’s for you Johnny 😢☝️
If it was a Calgary Flames vs CBJ Stanley Cup Final this season. I don't think many would complain.
Man, I remember when Monahan was on the outs in Calgary. Wanted so bad for my team to pick him up, and never did. Then was moving on from Montreal, still didn't go for him. Then out from Winnipeg. Still nothing.
Guy had hit a rut for a bit, but he's always been a heart player, and I'd have taken him on my team any day of any week. No surprise to see something like this from him. Rock on, Sean. 🍻
It still doesn't feel real that Johnny Hockey is gone
RIP Johnny & Matthew
Stay strong Gaudreau Family ❤
I still cannot fathom he is gone. What the hell man
Man it’s one thing pointing to the sky. Lots of people do that in deferent sports to pay homeage.
He literally looked right up as if he was there. One of the best tribute goals in sports history .
You love to see it!
Monny n Johnny. Monahan is a legit captain ilk btw. Bennett standing at the top of the crease. Hockey is a poetic, beautiful art sometimes, nay, oft times
You just *knew* Sean was potting one tonight for Johnny
Hope they saved that puck for J13
The Jonny & Monny line as they were known for years.
Please tell me he was able to keep the puck
Damn
NHL script writers got it right! In all seriousness though, this is awesome 💙❤️1️⃣3️⃣
If the Blue Jackets could somehow win the Cup this year, what would be the most legendary moment in this League.
I’d personally love to see it but it’s definitely a long shot
If they did so they would dedicate it to him and as a Canucks fan I wouldn’t mind seeing that.
@@politicalbandwagon4989 so was the sweep against tampa though!
That’s one way to do it. Not playing for himself anymore, playing for Johnny
This still doesn’t feel right. Rest well #13
Cheering for Columbus hope they get a chance in the playoffs
Who else! ❤
🥹😭❤️💙
