UNBOXING: 2024 Hot Wheels Spring/Easter Mix & Batman Silver Line Wave 2 - Metal Chassis & More

In this video we unbox the 2024 spring line and series 2 of the Batman line from Hot Wheels. These were found at Krogers and Meijer's store and retail for around $2-$3.47 each at the time of filming.

With regards to the Fiat, I kinda understand. However, always keep in mind that nothing in Hot Wheels should ever be considered true 1/64. They have to have some level of dimensional uniformity, particularly in width, so they work on tracks & with their wheel sizes, etc.

Yeah really nothing in the line is true 1/64 scale any more as it’s all scaled for the package. It just sticks out more when you know the car is so small in real life ha! That’s why I appreciate lines like Hot Wheels Super Rigs and Matchbox Working Rigs lines as they give us trucks and other vehicles that are a bit closer to scale that gives us proper sized fire trucks and larger vehicles. It also makes you appreciate brands like Auto World that work hard to make true 1/64th scale cars.

@@64Wheels yep, I agree, but I actually don't mind the scale variations. You should see the Tomica Honda Beat and S660 castings. They're basically 1/50 or so, but released along side mainlines closer to 1/64 cars.

i found the arkham knight and brave and the bold batmobiles when i went to get groceries the other day, and now that ive discovered that there are hotwheel batmobiled, i want them. Specificially from this series, where can i still get the two batmobiles from the first wave being the red one, and the "The Batman" batmobile. where would you recomend i get them from?

I am still seeing some of the first wave of Batman cars at local Wal-Marts and Kroger stores in my area, so I’d probably check any stores that sell this line locally to you. I’m not sure what country or region you’re in, but I’d definitely start there! And worse case if you can’t find them there, then probably eBay.

I got the Escort and I a Porsche Speedster 356 and it has a metal chasis. Sam those wheels that are on the escort they also use those on the Datsun 510 wagon and purple that was a main line earlier this year but instead of the lime green I believe they used White.

What’s funny is I actually found the Super TH of that Datsun wagon but not the regular version lol! Collectors have really been after that model with those wheels because it looks very good with those wheels!

I found the Batman set the first time at Kroger marketplace, recently at Myier stores. Haven't seen it at target.

I’ve only seen them at Meijer, Wal-Mart, and Krogers as well. I don’t know if I’ve seen this newest wave at any of our local Targets yet.

You probably know this, but the original 1966 Batmobile- That got the fuzzies on it. Was to cover up flaws in the Fiber glass casting. I know George B built 5 originals. But then they tried to duplicate some of them with Fiberglas for shows. Fiber glass cracked, so they covered it with the fuzzy stuff. When I was a kid, I was fortunate enough to see the fuzzy Version of the full size car at a show in Kentucky. And guess what, that's where I got to meet Adam West the first time. So cool, 4 years before he passed. I became his friend on Facebook and we did chat sometimes.
