Odd set up Wind hard enough we are on the bluff above the lake in South Haven, there is a strip right along the shore when the snow blows past before it falls! A few miles...or blocks?! Before it falls, I have the same skim of snow on deck & yard that I've had since storm started...2" tops on railing.
Weather storm alert for what??? Are we going to 7-8 FEET OF SNOW two days in a typical snowstorm in Japan??? Are we going to have 40 FEET OF SNOW that falls in JUST FIVE DAYS like fell on Lebanon's Mountains off of Eastern Mediterranean Sea in February, 2012??? Are we going to have -50 to -70 windchill like was going on in Montana last Thursday this week??? Winter weather is NOTHING compared to what has happened elsewhere in the world.
