Nice video, flagelants seem quite solid in these matchups. Can you do the same with exalted bloodletters of Khorne, and with exalted deamonettes?
Thanks for the comment. The first one is already done (link below) and I will add the latter to TO-Do list :)

Flagellants are the best empire front line.
Thanks for the comment. At least they seem to hold for quite a long time :)
1 TIP
Do not charge any unit that has expert charge defence and charge reflect. They have greater bonuses while getting charged than charge themselves.
Maybe im the one who plays wrong and charges all units in.
But all videos in multiplayer nobody braces smh.
Thanks for the comment. Imo it depends a bit on the unit they are facing. I fully agree in some cases, but e.g. in here, imo the charge was the better option :)
Nurgle is very slow. Empire ranged units can melt Nurgle units. It's almost necessary for Nurgle armies to charge.
These tests consistently make Flagellants almost look good.
Sometimes fanatical enthusiasm is just what you need for fighting demons.
Yea, I guess in "real game" one does not to beat all of them :) Thanks for the comment.
They are good, just not against factions that have any kind of ranged potential. But against factions like Norsca, when it comes to the whole half-naked crazed fanatics with nothing but undying devotion and a weapon in each hand schtick, flagellants have Norsca and WoC beat. Their unbreakableness makes them last longer as a frontline than state troops in a multitude of odd cases, that boils down to they last longer than regular infantry when against strictly superior infantry. Yeah they’ll die fast but state troops break fast against elite infantry, and sometimes the md and armor doesn’t make up for the leadership issue, and in those cases they break long before flagellants are finished off. Not to mention they’ll churn out far more damage against whatever theyre going up against
@@poyloos4834 Quite true, but there is another problem: Recruitment. Flagellants, being unbreakable, are more likely to die to the last man, which now leaves you needing to replace them.
Not that there is no use for them, and they can be quite good, but they've got weaknesses. Fun against Vampire Counts, though.
I mean they’re pretty good for stalking as a horde of unbreakable units. Which buys all the more time for the missile units to do their thing
