  • On Sept. 17, 2021, 98-year old Louis Graziano, a World War II veteran and Knight, received the French Legion of Honor. During the war, Graziano landed on D-Day in the third wave on Omaha Beach and was later in the Battle of the Bulge. He is the last known living witness to the German surrender, which ended hostilities in Europe. As a Knight, he has made a significant impact on the growth of the Order in Thomson, Ga.
