sir yeh baat ekdum correct boli hai aapne main khud pushup laga raha hu 5 month se abhi 4 ghante mein 750 push laga raha hu .woh bhi normal speed se ek kafi difficult variation hai .baaki weight traing continue hai .saal ke end tak 2000 se upar karna chata hu aur ab decide kiya hai jab gym join karunga yeh continue rakhunga ,ek din 10000 se bhi upar karna hai . pushup se bahut jayada takat aati hai .iska live example usa ki prisons mein hai

Slow reps = 8 to 10 reps
Fast reps = 15 to 20 reps
Using this technique with pull ups and squat will be more beneficial i would like to do this routine cause i only do home workout with bands and dumbbell which is not more than 20 kg dhanyawad guru ji 🙏 agar aapka aashirwaad raha toh inshallah aapke isi bataye technique se body bana lunga

Sir can u please provide a proper diet & workout plan in pdf since it would be handy to have all info abt the amt of protien, carbs & fat daily requirement we need in our meals. I am almost 6ft with around 56 kgs weight. I do a casual home workout when free.
