I configured a motor of 4kw.but the frequency is not stable when you increase the frequency. It starts warning and alarming 7.and trips when the frequency reaches 30.what do I need to do

WARNING/ALARM 7 is DC Over-Voltage:
If the intermediate circuit voltage exceeds the limit, the frequency converter trips after a time.
Troubleshooting:
1. Connect a brake resistor,
2. Extend the ramp time,
3. Change the ramp type
4. Activate the functions in 2-10 Brake Function
Increase 14-26 Trip Delay at Inverter Fault
The fault may be caused by mains distortions. Installing
Danfoss Line Filter may rectify this problem.

1.Remove power and check if the motor shaft can be turned,
2.Check that the motor size matches the frequency converter,
3.Check parameters 1-20 to 1-25 for correct motor data,

I had a similar problem. I had to change the lower frequency value in the quick menu. Its set to 0.0hz by default but you have to change it to the frequency you want to run the motor on for the motor to start in auto on mode.

Pressing the menu button, ok button, and down arrow button this will unlock the password. This will automatically enter the parameter editing screen in quick menu or main menu.. Please try this method..

on our pump was problem, (AL11) Motor thermistor over temperature . and after that the Motor with thermistor was broken.
we take new Motor without thermistor and make changes on danfoss micro drive fc 51 :
manual reset press [Reset], [Auto On] and restart the motor.
1-90 Motor Thermal Protection:
[0] *No Protection Disables temperature monitoring.
1-93 Thermistor Resource:
[0] * None No thermistor is connected
after thet the new pump stil not working.
please how can I slove this problem. Thanks
