Laughing in the Midst of Suffering

I had a moment of pure joy today while getting my haircut and it reminded me of Philosopher Albert Camus' take on the myth of Sisyphus. He proposed that the only power we have over the absurd nature of the world is to laugh and find joy in the midst of our suffering. There's something truly powerful in that idea.
