I started making the knight with cold porcelain(do not recommend it) and it's actually turning out better than I thought despite being the first sculpture I ever made. It's taking a while cuz I have to wait for it to dry out and then fix the cracks and wait for it to dry again. I've done the base, the head no horns yet, the full body and I did the cape tonight, the cape was the hardest part with how soft porcelain is! Now I have to wait for it to dry out, sandpaper it, and get to primer and coloring. I think I'm gonna use black spray paint for the whole thing and then use brush and acrylic colors for the rest. Cold porcelain is terrible for sculpting since it shrinks 10%-30% and always cracks for big chunks, but doing it for the first time the hardest way actually taught me a whole lot! I think I'm gonna pick up this hobby from now on.
@@Cre8iveOak Thanks, I thought it looked like monster clay but the tags said polymer clay. I'm gonna get some monster clay, I feel like it's great for practicing.

Keep at it, it is really cool to see the end results!! I have never tried cold porcelain, it seems hard to sculpt with it!!
@@Cre8iveOak by the way is this monster clay(never drying clay) or polymer clay?
9:13 and what's that you brush on top of it?
It is monster clay(hard grade), I brush it with a little bit of rubbing alcohol to make it smooth, it erases all the fingerprints
