You were supposed to draw water first and clean the place of rubbish, then put sand. The amount of sand will be much less, of course, but nevertheless, thank you for your efforts.
It's called water displacement, they do the same during reclamation projects around the world, it works.

نحن في العراق وقبل وضع التراب نقوم بسحب المياه اولا وبعد ان تجف نرفع النفايات وبعد ذلك نضع التراب ونساويه ليكون اساس قطعة الارض قويه وعليه يبدأ العمل في مد شيش التسليح وبعدها يصب بالاسمنت والرمل والحصى وبعدها نقوم بالبناء ونطمئن ان كل شئ في أمان .هنا وفي هذا المقطع استغرب من عدم سحب المياة قبل عملية الطمر .؟؟
هذة الدول مهما تسحب المياة من الارض بتصعد مرة اخرى لانها تم بنائها على مياة شاهد اكثر فيديوهات طبيعة هذة البلد ستجد ذلك
ولذلك يقومون بوضع التراب مع مادة صلبة تتماسك جيدا وتصعد المياة من وفى مكان اخر وهاكذا الدائرة تدور❤❤❤❤تحياتى لك

Съемка ведется с коптера, звук не записывается. Потом подставляется посторонняя повторяющаяся звукозапись. Это недобросовестная работа, видеозапись под шарманку.

Water runs out of that side that’s why he does last.
Operator did a good job with what he had to work with. Looked like the tracks were wore down pretty bad causing it not to have good traction. Probable why he couldn't push the dirt with the blade down all the way.
They should have pumped the water out before filling. It would have made a better impaction.
It was odd to see all the trash in the area that was filled. The street and buildings looked nice and well takin care of.

Очень похоже, что его туда и "убирали", чтобы потом засыпать и дело с концом. Либо жители начали жаловаться на ароматы с этой помойки.
