Bhante, would you be so kind as to share with us some of the Sutta references you found, where the Buddha states that all of our experiences in life are the result of our own past Kamma? Thank you. Such a statement by the Blessed One would go a LONG way to explain why he warned his followers not to try to figure out the workings of Kamma, because it would drive them crazy.
