Brett is a breath of fresh air...loving the game of baseball and showing it! He has been one of my favorites since joining the Rays. I like this video almost as much as I like Brett. :)

@@ericvon2561 he's more of a defensive player. But, he is so incredible off the field and has such infection joy that the embarrassing level of strikeouts are just a blip on the radar with him.

He spent most of his career in the 1 or 2 spot in the lineup. You have way less chances to hit a grand slam in those spots in the order
(Jeter built the best house in Tampa, Brady rented it, and now it's torn down. The Tampa Bay area is Brett's home forever. Love that kid!)

I was shocked when the rays traded brett, I think he has so much class and he's a great player fans love him he does outside work for fans bring him back!
So easy to root for Brett. I saw he visited and presented his game jersey to his best friend's, (who passed away years ago) Mom. First time I saw the dance off stuff 😁

Gotta love this guy's performance; baseball is more of what it should be thanks to real baseball lovers like him. Brett sure sets a high standard of what should be brought to the fans of all times; he dignifies the glory of every legend of the ballgame through his excellence, charisma and commitment.

For real! The game I went to recently, he was on the field with his wife and some other people and still took the time to go sign a few autographs even after security said he wouldn’t
He is a GOAT. Not because he's the best in any particular aspect of play, but because he loves what he does and shares it with everyone. He deserves to have his number retired and to be put in the Hall of Fame just because of how much life he's put into the game.
