Hey man I downloaded the swimming app and currently doing the couch to 1k but I cannot view the videos on how to do the exercises. This is a turn down to buying the 1 year plan which I was considering. Anyway it can be fixed? Thanks
I got a question that why are professional swimmers swim with a slightly different pace of pull and create a slow-fast rhythm when they do sprints on freestyle?
Maybe she's raising her palm to make her body easily float near the surface of the water while she's swimming slow. I guess it is her own way to swim slow, feeling the water and doing what makes her more comfortable at the moment.
I don’t completely agree with your comment about the head position. Looking a couple of meters forward is usually fine and may give you better power in the stroke. Within reason, this is a bit individual
Hi Fares, I enjoy all of your content. A comment though, referring to Simone as a "stud" sounds very sexist. Perhaps instead : wonder woman? supergirl ?
"one of the fastest swimmers in American history" - are you serious. The USA lost the women's 4X 400 Women's Freestyle Relay because of her terrible anchor performance. She did not make the Olympic Swim Team, she was put on it for PC nonsense - the US deserves to lose.
Actually, the splits on the relay were 54.02 (Brown), 52.68 (Weitzel), 53.15 (Hinds), 52.96 (Manuel). While the relays are a team effort, the splits clearly disagree with your comment. Also, Simone still holds the American record in the 50 and 100.
@@FaresKsebati Thanks for clarification. I don't know why people are throwing shade at this incredible athlete. She is human. She is also an Olympic champion and deserves our respect.
Simone is one incredible swimmer. Thanks for the spotlight on this awesome woman!
