1st question = If I'm at home on my laptop and I have nordVPN app on my laptop. I access sites through that App? 2nd question. Can I go to a different PC at work, download that same nordVPN app and access sites as long as I'm using my own credentials? 3rd question - hypothetical - What good is a VPN if I can't get it on a work PC or any other outside PC that will not allow the download of apps?

I have one question.
So as you have shown the tunnel starts after our data passes the ISP. Which implies that our data is still vulnerable till it reaches the ISP. I am a bit confused, as I've read from other sources that the tunnel (encryption) starts within our device and ends (decryption) in VPN server.
