I was introduced to Faouzia ( Foe zhi ah) by a then 13 year old Daneliya (Dan el yuh) Tuleshova from Kazakhstan. She sang an abbreviated version as her audition to AGT 2020. After her run she did a second longer version of the song after she had turned 14. I am going to give you the links for both of them just for you to hear this girl sing. To her credit Faouzia was impressed and sent Daneliya a IG telling that. She also did the same for the second version. The ladies were going to try and do a song together but things above their pay grade kept it from happening. Daneliya has a voice that just has something about it that draws you in and keeps you hooked. You don't have to react to her. Or, with your penchant for live performance you could react to her audition version and just listen to the other. Thanks for considering my request. ua-cam.com/video/xKjDRyC2PkU/v-deo.html Danya's audition ua-cam.com/video/1pejyZufjMQ/v-deo.html Later and longer version
@@narayastarks yeah but it's rare in western music when it's common in Arab music, I do have fast vibrato too, I don't know if it's because of Arab music influence or just born like that. but which is more amazing is her agility which is 100% from Arab Music influence.
“I am as good of a singer as I am” such a great reminder that we shouldn’t be comparing ourselves to everyone else and just working to make our voices better.
In my opinion you guys break down the singing and analyze all the details better than anyone else on this platform! I learn the most when I watch you guys! I hope you watch the rest of this concert and analyze everything❤️
loved it when you're so mind-blown guys that you just laughed... and Chase goes: holy crap haha hahaha I think we haven't seen anything like Faouzia in a veeery long time, she should go down in history as one of the greatest divas ever
LOVE that Faouzia is finally getting her flowers from professional vocal teachers because she is such a well rounded and talented singer/songwriter and she's not even at her prime!!! YASS!
After MAMAMOO I can’t believe you guys reacted to Faouzia! She’s a really great singer! And love you guys analysed the vocal and everything, keep working!
Can’t believe it’s been SO long since you’ve reacted to her!! When’s the next one??? She’s been on The Singer 2024 and her stay on The Next Singer 2024 was extended, she’s doing really well for herself, lots to react to!!
she is 21 this year, but she wrote this song a couple years ago already. That's just how amazing she is, I love her so much and i love that a lot more people are gonna get to know her even more now.
I'm so happy you reacted to this, it's one of my favourite songs and performances ever. I absolutely would love to see you guys cover it, that would be so much fun.
Platinum love for you I give no less for you Generosity's my enemy So i'm broke and your heart's rich Because of me oof this verse give me chills everytime!
I just want to say… Both of your reactions from 14:10 - 14:15 minute mark is absolutely everything and I come back every now and then just do watch those 5 seconds 😊
She's got a new one, called Fur Elise... watch the lyric video first then go to her live. The lyric will give you the base and then the live is a play with some great runs. I'd love to see your reaction to both of them!
Yeahhh, Faouzia rocks and such a breath of fresh air in the current music industry.. her "Hero" Orchestral performance is SIMPLY SPECTACULAR. Also her song "Minefields" with John Legend is worth watching.
agree, she has fresh unique sound & different lyrics, and though she has a piano player, but she records her own music on piano & play it while singing. Love' I have to go practice now!
If you think she gets up there high in this video, you should watch and listen to her in just the stripped version. She is just sitting in a stool with some candles around her and just her technique in that video is amazing.
The breath in the middle of “happen” is rhythmic... It mirrors the pattern in the first verse. Please react to her song "Elon (live)" THE BEST from the same Live Concert Thank you for this reaction it's so enjoyable!!❤️❤️
When she belts with the fast vibrato, it reminds me of a Stevie Nicks type of sound. Beth Hart is another one that has a fast vibrato that is utilized in such an amazing way.
Ok I literally just saw this reaction video and I am obsessed!! Although I’m not a singer I do pretend I can sing while I’m in the car lol and for some reason I felt like I understood everything y’all were talking about. Will be binge watching all your videos ASAP! Please react to Faouzia singing Elon stripped concert version!!
You could literally react to all 6/7songs 27+ minutes of this entire concert, if you must, and it only keeps on getting better and better. Especially the last song after the credits, ELON.
Not sure if anyone's told you, or if you've looked it up, but she pronounces her name "foe-zia", emphasis on the first syllable. That said, I've heard other people speak it with a slight emphasis on the second syllable, in this really pretty way I can't hope to explain :) I love Faouzie. She's fast become one of my favorite singers--favorite currently because of so many things, but one of several overall. P.S. I've heard her hit a C6 before! (Two above middle-C) Actually, I've heard her go higher than that, into her whistle register. It's mind-boggling, and in the best way possible. At first I thought she was an alto. Now I don't know what she is, because I don't know where she's most comfortable. She seems most comfortable in that lower register, but that's only my guess.
I've heard 2 versions of the song and she repeats this inspiration in the middle of "Happen" which suggests that it's not a mistake, but the song is written that way.
see the people you want to be jealous of as inspiration to get better at the aspects they're better at than you, not as a source of jealousy and insecurity. Art should NEVER be a competition. Once they stop inspiring you and just make you feel bad, stop following them until you adjust your attitude. Focus on singers that make you feel good, and on making yourself a better singer before going back to following them. I agree with you that you can NEVER talk about who's truly the best. There are too many PHENOMENAL SINGERS and you always realize you forgot someone when you made your list. A fave is reliant on certain traits that mattered most to the listener, not on really being better.
She's under the note a fair bit here, bit that's just what live singing is. She still sounds AMAZING, but she's human. I love that she released this so raw and I love her even more for it.
I enjoyed watching u guys not into signing but felt like i should after just watching how are u both enjoying it .. lucky students of urs happy to subscribe to ur channel
15:56 this is super common in arabic singing (maybe also turkish persian etc) and not against the rules quite the opposite for arabs. I think this singer is moroccan so she must be at ease with this kind of "عُرب" (i don't know the english word)
If you liked Faouzia, please react to some of her other songs :) She's fantastic. Here are some suggestions: - "Elon" (it's at the end of the same concert you've watched, right after the credits) - "Hero" - orchestral version - "Minefields" with John Legend - "My Heart's Grave" And some of her covers: - "Desert Rose" (originally by Sting) - "Blue" (originally by Eiffel 65) - "Crazy" (originally by Gnarls Barkley)
U should react to Elon that u can find at the end of the same concert. She did a cover of paparazzi (lady gaga) 3 days ago & it was amazing. And yesterday she dropped Hero stripped too.
I am absolutely sure that even though she has natural talent, she also has years and years of hard work. So you're right. We need to practice. Thanks for the analysis!
Ahhhh!!! Y’all weren’t supposed to ACTUALLY do it!!! 🤦🏻♂️ we see that we have more than 3k likes and now we have to put up or shut up! On our way!
You have to cover it now I’m so excited 😍😍
can you guys react to Novia Bahmid, this mountain

I hope they react to Daneliya Tuleshova her voice is unique too. I find out about Faouzia because of Denaliya.
The lyric actually "...I'd give no less for you". This is tough song for me everytime I try to sing it
She's also studying for an engineer and plays the piano, violin and I don't know what else. She's ahead 10+years and super gifted.
I think drums? But definitely the guitar, violin, piano, and of course singing :)
She has Arabic influence so that’s kinda the fast vibrato.
She's arab basically.
@@thearabicmusicland well artist who arent Arabic can have fast vibrato but its easier for her bc of that influence

im not arabian , im asian but when i recitation of Quran (arabic language) use vibrato like this. (sorry my english bad)
@@thearabicmusicland Born in Morocco and immigrated to Canada at age 1, she is a Canadian citizen and grew up with Canadian culture.
What’s even more impressive is that she’s never had any proper vocal training. She self taught. Talent at it’s peak.
“I am as good of a singer as I am” such a great reminder that we shouldn’t be comparing ourselves to everyone else and just working to make our voices better.

I believe shes the best singer of this generation.... Fun fact: she can do whistle notes!!! What can't she do??

Thank you that was driving me crazy. Lol 🤣😂

Bad Dreams with her on a piano is a firecracker. She wrote that masterpiece at 14.
After MAMAMOO I can’t believe you guys reacted to Faouzia! She’s a really great singer! And love you guys analysed the vocal and everything, keep working!
There is another version (acoustic) of tears of gold where she is sitting and still hitting all these crazy notes. No idea how she does it. 🤯
She was singing: Platinum love for you, I’d give no less for you.

A live performance! Wow! Definitely a unique singer. Unmistakable voice and style. Immediately recognizable. Love her. Great, great commentary guys.
FAOUZIA ISNT A HUMAN. SHE IS A MASTERPIECE. SHE JUST MADE US THINK WHITNEY, CELINE, MARIAH, BEYONCE AND ADELE ARE JUST NORMAL SINGERS.
Add Floor, So Hyang, Lara even.
SHE'S GOOD BUT NOT IN WHITNEY'S LEVEL, MAYBE ONLY IN LOW REGISTER
Never seen the coaches faces like this before! They are basically stunned and defeated 🤣🤣
