you still looking to see if you need new shells or something you get them from drowns and that will make something where you can breathe underwater and see
New features of 1.14: There will be a new animation called swimming (duh) plus,there are new items and mobs added to the game,the new mobs are the drowned and....oh its just the drowned.The new items are the Nautilus Shell (held by a drowned),the trident,heart of the sea,the conduit (crafted with 8 Nautilus Shells and the Heart of the Sea) and the crossbow!And new enchantments!!!!But I only know a few,like loyalty,sweeping edge,quick charge,multi-whatever-you-call-it.(that isnt the actual name of the enchantmeant) you will learn the rest. Plz check the replies!!!!!!

Ant that “ marinated zombie” is a drowned somethings they have a chance to spawn with a trident that you can get!!!
That zombie under water is called a drown.
