technically he's actually stronger than Chief, plus Chief is wearing armor, so- imagine spider-man wearing his armor mark 3 suit, or the fear itself suit, he'd be unstoppable (the original mark 1 armor looks more halo like though) I'm guessing spider-man is stronger than Chief, but, weaker than the Doom Slayer, so- he's somewhere in between, although, it's hard to tell as he always pulls his punches and never kills
