I've read that we should begin with auscultation, den percussion before palpation. Bcus palpation disturbs mobility of gut and u don't get the real sounds after that disturbance on auscultation
Please for your End of Posting Exams, it’s safer to start with Inspection, Palpation, and Percussion before lastly Auscultation - unless your school or teachers say otherwise
Nice video. On inspection I didn’t see you inspect the nature of the abdomen whether flat, full or distended. You didn’t also talk about the umbilicus and possible scars
I never understood on how to examine but because of ur videos... I'm great full that I CN proudly examine a patient. Thank you doctor

Great video. Please can you do Central nervous system examination
Yes please sir, you are doing very well we appreciate
Yes please, we NEED this!
Good video thanks. Please make it clear that you should watch the patient's face as you palpate. Also 9.58 you mean spleen, not liver?
Nice! Nice! Nice!
Thanks sir..
I fear they will ask me to go ahead and expose my patient from nipple to mid thigh
Please what’s “NIPO AND NITRE” you were talking about
Nipple and Mid thigh I guess
😂
From nipple to mid thigh
Wtf!😭
What happens when the person fills pain
If it’s an exam you report it, if you’re treating the patient that’s a sign leading towards your diagnosis
Fill pains and lumps of say it is hard
@ Emmanuel Boateng. It's Nipple and mid thigh
It's from nipple to hairline area
Great videos. Thanks for sharing.
Noticed that you didn't ask the patient to slightly bend his knees while palpating .
Thankyou
Inspection
Auscultation
Palpitation.
Percussion
Palpation not palpitation
Also remember to do/ request to do a testicular examination if it’s a male patient.
