Ninja storm 2 might be the least action in the ninja storm series in my opinion. Their ultimate jutsu's always short and less in action unlike the other ninja storm games. But, it's still good because they nailed the story mode for always having boss fights. Lol

I think this is good that all jutsus are short, since its fun at first watching long anime sequences, but gets annoying after a while and really breaks flow. What would be really nice if they added finishers that could be long like ultimates from storm 1. And added some interesting conditions that are needed to perform a finisher like awakening mode and such.
I have never played any Naruto game, but I watch the series and I have to say even on this game my favorite characters look the coolest. Konan jutsu when she transform into angel form, looks really beautiful and it was very well animated. Same with Itachi jutsu Susano'o.
I'm actually really happy with this game, I do like the ultimate jutsu's and the wealth of characters in the game is pretty nice, one thing I've always loved about the storm series though is how fluent the fighting is, each character feels different and unique..it's a shame people overlook it because of no screen-filler Ultimates anymore.

For most of the characters you do realise if you hold down the (B) Button for Xbox. You can do another jutsu? Such as minato if you hold B down for a normal attack he will do a different rasengan.
I love how one of Yamato's jutsu's is literally just throwing a chunk of wood at someone....haha i mean really does that do any more damage than a shuriken? haha

I actually love these instead of the naruto storm 1 ultimate moves, this is a lot more fast paced and creates a nice flow in the battle, I just hope in the next game they do the same fighting style with the older games travel style, it would make the ultimate naruto game in my opinnion.....

I believe Kabuto is the best character in this game. He dominates as long as you know what you are doing with him. He is extremly powerful, but he is also slower than a lot of the characters.
@Ajaydavegun11432 Lars Alexandersson is a character design by Naruto's designer for Tekken, but since he created the character he decided to include him as a bonus character for Ultimate Ninja Storm 2. He design a more "suiting" outfit for the Naruto setting.

Lars isn't a character from the Naruto anime. For example, Kratos isn't a character of the Mortal Kombat saga, but is a playable character in their newest game. Lars is from some other series in which I cannot recall. Devil May Cry, I believe, but I'm not sure...
One thing i will say the ultimate jutsus of the first ultimate ninja storm were more epic!!! They were longer and changed the mood of the fight like it really was a super powerful move! Hope they make it like that in generations!
@vidmasterx7 The guy with the mask is Madara Uchiha/ Tobi Uchiha, he was the leader of the Uchiha and was a chosen to be the first Hokage if he beat the other person that was chosen but he lost, also, Sasuke joined since (*Spoiler Alert !!!*) He learned that Itachi wasent evil, and that he did all what he did to protect him !!!

@WorldPancake To use an ultimate jutsu, you need to charge up your charka up to a certain point and then press the charka button three times then press the melee button.
@deidara0430 I don't think there was a particular reason why they added him. It's kinda like how they added Kratos, a guy from God of War who has nothing to do with Mortal Kombat into the game as a playable character.
I really hope that for the next one, instead of having the item slots associated to the d-pad, put them somewhere else and have the d-pad for making hand signs. At least that way they could have jutsu's we'd have to learn off instead of restricting us to like, 1 or 2 :D

well you tilt the left analog control to south-east and then press B B i also had problems with this attack at first but now i'm good at it PS you have do do it fairly fast

Sai, konan, deidara + kabuki have awesome jutsus. Naruto, Tobi, Itachi have awesome awakenings. Shino has the slowest jutsu ever. Tsunade's awakening should have been creation rebirth/yin seal.

This Specials may be short the Storm 1's, but they're more fateful to Naruto's Francise; and they keep the metch very well paced

You can't get ANY past version characters in Storm 2. But in Generations, you can get all of them.

Naruto's creator, Masashi Kishimoto, made the second costume for Lars in Tekken 6. So I guess they figure, put him in a Naruto game as a bonus! haha

Namco Bandai published Naruto UNS2, so I guess they put Lars in as something to advertise Tekken maybe.

Kishimoto designed one of Lars' costumes or something, so that's why. And just companies working together to promote each others' stuff I guess.
