I think there needs to be differentiantion from James Bond/Kingsman type of spy movies (mostly rubbish action) and Thinker tailor soldier spy/A Mosst Wanted man type of spy movies.
No one recommended Mission: Impossible Ghost Nation in 2011 because it was boring and it stinked badly. No one recommended Skyfall in 2012 because it was boring and it stinked badly, becoming a bad movie in the 007/James Bond franchise. No one recommended Kingsman: The Secret Service, Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol and Spy in 2015 because it was boring and it stinked badly. No one recommended Mission: Impossible Fallout in 2018 because it was boring and it stinked badly.
MI: Rogue Nation is great, Skyfall is my third favourite movie, kingsman the secret service is my 4th but SPECTRE just shouldn’t be on this list, it’s pretty mediocre

For spy movies lots of highly unrealistic artificial violence cannot cover for a weak plot and clunky dialogue - and in some of these the plot is near nonexistent. I vigorously disagree with not having "A Most Wanted Man" on this list - Seymour Hoffman's performance was one for the ages. And "Tinker Tailor" should be up near No1 too.
Please show the title of the film in some corner as you narrate about it so that viewers can conveniently note it down. Just rushing through the name in the beginning is not helpful. Thanks.
