In the formula (U) you used at 10:22 minutes, you added the values (6) and (8). However, it was supposed to be 6x8. The U formulas are wrong.

The formula is wrong, its n1×n2, so U will become 36.5 and the Z will be 1.61, so null hypothesis is accepted
According to statistical test, you fail to reject H0. But if you calculate average values of both sections manually, they are not equal XD

Sir, in man whitney u test it is an exceptional case that if the calculated value is more than critical value then null hypothesis is accepted and vice vera. Why is it not applied here?

There is a reference table. In which according to different level of significance different value for z will be given.. so if any problem showing level of significance 0.05 , then u have to check the table.. for 0.05 the value of z is 1.96.
