And how does the bass end sound so good?? Most recordings of the RAV sound really bad compared to how it sounds in real life - this is the most realistic recording I’ve heard yet!
Dude, sorry for the 2 years late! 😳 You can see the placement of the microphones in the video "Across the Infinity (Studio version)". I recorded this song in the exact same way. Regarding the mix / mastering, unfortunately I can't tell you much because I didn't take care of it! But yes, as you say it is one of the best audio recordings of RAV, even in my opinion ;)
brilliant cover man, do you think playing it with E Pygmy would work or is E gonna totally ruin the melody? it should be just lower scale, so maybe it will sound even juicier? I dont have a keyboard and not much experience in replaying songs..
