Just before the Nicola Valley Bar Brender i took a silly little spill and wrecked my right shoulder. Torn AC and rotator cuff, still cant lift my arm and probly shouldnt be racing lol

@coastalenduro thanks for checking in. i have riden twice in last 2 weeks. im riding well but the shoulder is still pretty bad. MRI on October 28th, pretty sure the main rotator is torn off. so probly surgery at some point, but i will continue to ride until then! Braap on my friend!
