  • Midrash teaches us that Abraham and Sarah knew a secret about 'reversing the aging process'...the older they got, the more they seem to exude the evocative concept of eternal youth. Jim Long and Rabbi Chaim Richman discover that there is no contradiction, as they share amazing Torah insights that open up new dimensions of understanding the lives and legacy of Abraham and Sarah, and what these great individuals teach us about the exquisite challenge of the human condition, and the journey of life.

I too enjoy their conversations. It inspires me to dive deeper into the spiritual things; we as humans tend to be guided by our 5 senses 99%percentage of our time on earth a physical realm.

Thank you Rabbi. I LOVE this study! I've been blessed with looking young. When I tell people my age they cannot believe it! I also learned much from my Grandparents when I was young. I admired my Grandparents for their staying young at heart & having boundless energy even in their old age. I hope I live long but always stay young. Baruch Hashem 💖

Thanks so much for this very informative and important podcasts if you think about most people when they turn 80 years old, they are thinking about going into a nursing home to finish off the rest of their life and here we have the new elected president of the United States 80 years old or over and he’s getting ready to run the most powerful country on earth thank you so much. This was very insightful.🙏

Its a wonder in my soul how we buy into the anti-aging saga, physical realm, no spiritual concept of living over the age of 50. Half of a century, in this day its rear to accept this age as life favored in the sight of our ALMIGHTY CREATOR. Anti-aging, has to be a thought against the truth, growing older is amazing, not misery.😳💯💓🙌🙌👏👏

You know rabbi Richards, when i think about the reasons for the human race living over 70 score years givien, is as you say, he came with his days, i love that thought. Way better than the anti-aging thoughts given to humans from others suggested.

Targum Jerusalem, Deuteronomy 26:18 - But the Word of the Lord becometh the king over you for his name's sake, as over a people beloved as a treasure, as he hath spoken to you, that you may obey all his commandments.

Verses like these, are the workings of truth poured into the soul, which gives benefits towards eternal life here in the earthly realm. As one meditates on this verse day and night for 6 days and then rest on the Sabbath, it allows the labor of meditation to renew our strength and renews our mind.😊💯💓🙌🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏👏

Are we not His children? Did He not say that we must have the heart of a child to enter into the kingdom of heaven? Shalom

I’m sorry but I don’t see Sarah as a woman of faith at all. She disbelieved what God said and requested Abraham to sleep with Hagar.
This has caused terrible suffering to Israel and the world.
    This is what I think
