You know, I work out my fingers a lot and it ended up me being able to carry a basket of laundry with just my pinkie. No veins though but I'm still happy my fingers are still intact even after carrying heavy things
I don't think finger strength is something to be proud of, with that time you could have worked on more parts of the body that seem to be more potential and useful. I also don't think finger strength is considered to be a skill nor give you skill at a video game, I mean there's always thumb wrestling/wars.
