CINCINNATI City Tour: Murals, Trolleys and MORE!

Touring the city via the FREE trolley allowed us to explore the city in spite of the inclement weather. Cincinnatians are enthusiastic sports fans, boasting beautiful stadiums to their beloved Cincinnati Reds (baseball) and The Bengals (football). Visiting the historic Findlay Market (est.1852), it is Ohio's oldest surviving market house. Findlay reminded us of the markets we have visited in Europe. Last, but not least is the incredible street art, seemed that around every corner was another beautiful creation! I love the murals... I really enjoyed the street art in many cities this summer.
Us too! We have noticed over the recent years the murals/art in cities becomes more elaborate. Masterpieces in some cases!
Cincinnati looks like a really nice city, the murals were fantastic. You've also increased my knowledge of American English, I thought a 'trolley' was the streetcar only found in San Francisco and New Orleans, the heritage ones. Now I've learnt it's what I would call a 'tram', a trolley in Australia is a supermarket shopping cart!
Oh my... I can't believe John is questioning the gender of the baseball mascot, LOL!
Ha ha He didn’t want to offend the person inside….then said oh my I probably shouldn’t have asked that question. She took it well! 🤣🤣

Happy New Year, guys! We love Cincinnati! We had some nice visits there about ten years ago. There was this Brazilian bbq restaurant in downtown. We even visited the aquarium in Newport, KY. It’s a city we’d like to visit again. Thanks for showing it to all of us.

The restaurant area between the stadiums seems like a "tailgating" area where you can socialise without pickup trucks or BBQ grills ;-)
