Can you learn us how to swipe someone on the ground i don't know how to do that without your hands ?? please they always do that to my and how can i block a swipe from the another streetfighter ??
Usefull
And what can i do when i fall at the ground and he is hitting me on the ground at my head when he is in a standposition how can i block the punches and to standup ?
+Abdel MAYNE Need to invest in some MMA lessons for that not Muay Thai as it doesn't really focus on fighting on the ground as that isn't very popular in Thailand or East Asia in general really with the exception of Japan.
Generally though you need to protect your face with your hands, keep him back with your legs, push him away and slide backwards - alway facing him - and sit up using one hand, other protecting your face.
Alternatively if you can push him back far enough or somehow get lots of distance you can just back-roll, but that's no good if he's close to you as it takes too long.
If you want instructional videos on this, look for MMA, Muay Thai is all standing, with some throws, no ground fighting.
My advice? If he is in full mount (his legs are above your legs) tie up with his head and get your head as close to his body as possible, and this will limit the amount of power he can punch with. Thats just to avoid punches though. If he puts either arm on the ground next to you, you can try to sit out and go for a kamura (submission hold, you can look up a tutorial). Thats about it from me though, id say watch some expert tutorials.
Just wondering, is shadow boxing best practised with or without gloves when NOT using the bag? Thoughts?
I don't think there is a right or wrong way to shadow box but most people do so without gloves. It is more personal preference in this I think!
If you use gloves then you get used to the weight other than that there’s no point
You can use light weights like 3lbs dumbbells
to much talking
